3, 2, 1, Blast Off!!!!

Get ready for the Space Derby, Friday Oct 19th. If you have not purchased your kit, we must know ASAP in order to help you get one. We will have an open class race at the end and the cost will be $5 to register and race in open class. Scouts, of course, race free.

We will have pizza at the Space Derby ($1/slice and drinks @.50 each). So come and plan on dinner with us.

The plan is to stagger the dens for the races. We will begin with the Webelos and end with the Tigers. This will prevent the Tiger winners from having to hang around a long time waiting to be in the finals. Please look below, find your scouts den, and locate what time you need to be at the Church, what you need to be doing, and when you will race. Once you get your scout registered feel free to enjoy our canteen. If you come early for the races, please wait until your designated time to register your rocket. Do not forget to sign in on attendance books when you come in.

This is the process for racing in the Derby:

5:30pm-6pm Registration for the Webelos ONLY!

6pm-6:30pm Races for the Webelos ( races will begin promptly at 6pm for the Webelos)
Registration for the Bears

6:30pm-7pm Races for the Bears (races will begin promptly at 6:30pm for the Bears)
Registration for the Wolves

7pm-7:30pm Races for the Wolves (races will begin promptly at 7pm for the Wolves)
Registration for the Tigers

7:30pm-8pm Races for the Tigers (races will begin promptly at 7:30 for the Tigers)
Open class registration

8pm Overall winners race
Open class races begin

9pm CLEAN UP!!!!!! Of course our Pack will practice the Leave No Trace
Guidelines. All scouts and parents are responsible to help with cleanup
